SUB-BRANCH Vacancies Proforma:
If you are elected to a Sub-Branch position or Councillor/Alternate Councillor position after the official nomination process at the beginning of each year, please download this form and fax it to the Union Office on 6273-1828.
Note: Schools who wish to rotate their Councillors for the monthly meetings should complete this form and fax it prior to the Council meeting or bring the letter to the meeting with them. Alternately the Sub-Branch Secretary can list all the Council meetings for the year on this form, putting the name of the member next to the appropriate meeting date and the Union office will automatically rotate them.
AEU Representative Report:
Do you represent the AEU on any Committee, Board, or other consultative structure? If so, the Union requires reports from you after each meeting. To make this easy for you, the Union Office has developed a proforma for providing a report.
You can download the proforma and complete it each time you need to send in a report. It can be faxed back to the Union Office on 6273-1828.
Note: If your committee has not met, the Union Office requires a report at the end of the school year to indicate that this is the case.
