AEU Federal Forums:
Throughout the year the Australian Electoral Commission conducts elections for the AEU - ACT Branch for a range of positions both local and national.
Regulation 141[4] of the Workplace Relations [RAO] Regulations requires an organisation or Branch to publish advice on the website that a Post Election Report is available upon request. Any reports will be provided on this page as they occur.
Post Election Report:
The AEC recently conducted an election for the following vacancies:
- 1 General Membership Representative on Branch Executive
- 3 Branch Vice Presidents - 2 schools sector and 1 TAFE sector
All Branch Vice President positions were filled. However, the General Membership position remains vacant and nominations will be called again in 2010.
