There are many good reasons for you to belong to a union and three and a half thousand excellent reasons [all members] for you to belong to the Australian Education Union. We represent over 90% of educators in the public education system and you are EDUCATORS not administrators. We are all stronger together and you will be more persuasive and effective as part of a collective than if you act on your own. The AEU is currently negotiating a new Enterprise Agreement for Education Support Officers. What we are asking for.
